Asbury University claimed its second KIAC Softball Tournament championship Saturday with a 4-3 victory over Indiana-Southeast. The tournament was held at Berea College. With the win, the Eagles earned a berth to the NAIA National Championship in Gulf Shores, Ala. beginning on Thursday, May 19.

Eric McKee scored 29 points in 22 minutes to lead Kentucky Christian University to an 85-77 win over Lancaster Bible College in the first game of the National Christian College Athletic Association tournament being held in Springfield, Mo.
McKee and Kat Haney led Kentucky Christian to a 49-35 halftime lead with 14 points each in the first 20 minutes. The Knights scorched the nets at a 67 percent clip and hit 54 percent from beyond the 3-point line, according to the school website.

The Kentucky Christian University men’s basketball team will begin play in the National Christian College Athletic Association Division II tournament on Tuesday March 8 against Lancaster Bible College. If the eighth-seeded Knights win that game, they will play top-seeded Grace Bible College on Thursday, March 10 at 2 p.m., Central Time. The tournament is being held on the campus of Central Bible College in Springfield, Missouri.
