Fox Creek Christian Church, located at 2020 Fox Creek Road, is holding its annual family and friends service Sunday, Nov. 7.
“The family at Fox Creek wants to extend an invitation to everyone as part of God’s circle of family and friends for an awesome day of worship and fellowship,” the church announced in a news release.

Thomas Lee Rakestraw, Jr., 49, of Lawrenceburg, died Saturday, Oct. 16, 2010 at Frankfort Regional Medical Center. He was born to Carolyn Joyce Ford and Thomas Lee Rakestraw, Sr., of Lawrenceburg on April 12, 1961 in Battle Creek Mich.
He was an electrician with Straw’s Electric and a member of Alton Baptist Church.
