Anderson County Grand Jury: Man indicted for third DUI

A Versailles man was indicted May 8 by the Anderson County Grand Jury for his third driving under the influence charge, fleeing from police and other traffic charges. according to court documents.
Jason D. Nelson, 35, of 324 Ridge Wood Drive was also indicted on his third offense of driving with a revoked or suspended license, along with possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and failure to produce an insurance card.
The indictments stem from a traffic stop last December by the Kentucky State Police.
