Anderson County sheriff recounts Opryland explosion

Anderson County Sheriff Troy Young was among hundreds of other sheriffs forced to evacuate the Gaylord Opryland Resort Convention Center last Wednesday night following a large gas line explosion.
Young, who was in Nashville for the 2012 National Sheriff’s Association convention, said he and his wife, Benita, were not in the convention center at the time of the blast, but were right near where it occurred just a few hours earlier.
