The following people were indicted Feb. 18 by the Anderson Grand Jury.
Daniel B. Simpson, 24, 100 Feland Dr., Lawrenceburg, and Natasha M. Robinson, 30, 209 Lynn Dr., Lawrenceburg, was indicted for complicity for second-degree burglary, a Class C felony.
The indictment says Simpson and Robinson unlawfully entered a dwelling located at 1070 Mays Road on Dec. 26, 2013, with the intent to commit a crime.
Simpson and Robinson were charged by Trooper Welch of the Kentucky state police.
Mark A. Zinninger, 47, 185 Fairview Ave., Lawrenceburg, was indicted for theft by unlawful taking under $10,000, falsely reporting an incident and third-degree criminal mischief from an incident Dec. 19.
According to the indictment, Zinninger took property less than $10,000 from Edmondson Plumbing and Rental Supply.
Zinninger was also indicted for giving false information to a law enforcement officer with the intent to implicate another, the indictment said, and that Zinninger intentionally defaced, destroyed or damaged spike strips and uniforms belonging to the Kentucky state police and Lawrenceburg police department.
Zinninger was charged by Officer Jeremy Cornish of the Lawrenceburg police department.
Robert C. Vandever, 27, 1076 Dana Dr., Lawrenceburg, was indicted for possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, attempted possession of marijuana, failure to surrender revoked operator’s license and public intoxication of a controlled substance from an incident Jan. 11.
Vandever was charged by Trooper Harris of the Kentucky state police.
Connie Ray Perry, 56, 118 Hamlin Way, Lawrenceburg, was indicted for first-degree illegal possession of oxycodone, possession of drug paraphernalia, third-degree possession of controlled substance Diazepam, trafficking in marijuana under 8 ounces, possession of controlled substance not in original container and careless driving from an incident Dec. 15.
Perry was charged by Deputy Patrick Beasley of the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office.
Lowell D. Riley, 38, 315 Saffell St., Lawrenceburg, was indicted for one count second-degree burglary, one count theft of a controlled substance and one count of second-degree attempted burglary from incidents that occurred between Aug. 27 and Sept. 3 and on Sept. 5 of 2013.
The indictment says Riley unlawfully entered 313 Saffell Street with the intent to commit a crime.
Riley was charged by Trooper Kelly of the Kentucky state police.
Rex O. Troxell, 43, 212 Sequoia Dr., Frankfort, was indicted for second-degree burglary, third-degree burglary and theft by unlawful taking under $10,000 from an incident that occurred between Sept. 13-23, 2013.
The indictment says Troxell unlawfully entered 1200 Buntain School Road and took property of more than $500 but less than $10,000 in value belonging to Raymond Casey.
Troxell was charged by Deputy Patrick Beasley of the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office.
