Anniversaries: Briscoe and Harley

Davis and Mary Jane Cox Briscoe and Roy and Velena Gash Harley will both celebrate their 50th wedding anniversaries with a joint reception on Dec. 4 from 2-4 p.m. at Sand Spring Baptist Church.
The Briscoes were married Dec. 2, 1961, at First Presbyterian Church by the Rev. Hugh White.
The Harleys were also married Dec. 2, 1961, at Kirkwood Baptist Church by the Rev. Johnny Meadows.
The reception is hosted by both couple’s children, grandchildren, friends and family. Everyone is welcome.
Both couples request no gifts.
