Anniversary: Gritton

Juanita (Thompson) Gritton and O. H. “June” Gritton Jr. of Lawrenceburg will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception at the Claylick United Methodist Church, 235 Claylick Church Road, on Sept. 25 at 3 p.m. in Salvisa.
Parents of the couple are the late Mr. and Mrs. B. R. Thompson of Lawrenceburg and the late Mr. and Mrs. O. H. Gritton of Lawrenceburg.
Juanita is a homemaker and June is retired from IBM.
Their children are Sherrie (Rickey) Hall and  Orbrey (Denise) Gritton III, all of Lawrenceburg. Their grandchildren are Brittany (Dustin) Duvall; Brandon (Julia) Hall; Summer and Christian Gritton; Ariel, Jake, Cole and Erin Gribbins. Their great-grandson is Sawyer Duvall.
The couple was married Sept. 23, 1961, at Claylick United Methodist Church. The Rev. Glenn Courts officiated.
All friends and relatives are invited.
The couple requests no gifts.
