Since the creation of the Anderson County Scholarship Fund in 1977, awards have been made to Anderson County High School graduates through academic year 2014-2015 in the amount of $2,346,596.93. Contributions to the Fund are always welcome, which are tax-exempt, and which will enable the continued growth of the Scholarship Fund, thus, generating greater income for future scholarship awards.

The Selection Committee received and reviewed 46 applications, each of which deserved special consideration. All recipients are required to furnish grades to the Selection Committee in order to maintain eligibility for future grants from this Fund.

All grants are for one academic year only and new applications must be submitted by April 15 of each year for consideration by the Committee.

All interested persons may contact William L. Patrick, attorney for Anderson County Scholarship Fund, or Thomas H. Smith, CPA.
