Induction ceremony Saturday

L.W. Barnes will be inducted into the Kentucky High School Baseball Coaches Association Hall of Fame in a ceremony at Louisville's Fern Valley Inn Saturday. Others in the Class of 2014 include Steve Roof, head coach at Madison Central High School; Scott Willard, head coach of Schott County High School and former coach at Shelby County; Johnny Vance, head coach of Barren County High School; umpire Phil Burkeen; and Mark Maynard, sports journalist and editor of The Ashland Daily Independent.
