BASKETBALL: Lady Bearcats to be tested at Lexington Catholic

Anderson County's girls' basketball team is expected to receive a stern test Friday when the Lady Bearcats travel to Lexington Catholic.

A year ago, Lexington Catholic served notice early that the highly-ranked Lady Bearcats, a pre-season Top 10 last year, were not invincible with a 60-51 whipping on Anderson's home court. The Lady Knights filled the nets 11 times from 3-point range to notch the win.

Lexington Catholic went on to a 20-12 season.
