Some thoughts on March Madness 1.Survive and advance. It is an old cliché, but it is what makes winning a one-and-done tournament so difficult. Most likely, a team WILL have a bad game somewhere along the line in the tournaments and Kentucky might have had its off game against a team that was a tough matchup – Princeton. Give a lot of love to Princeton. That team played well together and hit some huge shots. It is difficult to fathom that the Ivy League champion could be close to a team that is getting a lot of support for making the Final Four.
