Anderson County looked like it was ready to defend its championship in the Bracken County Holiday Classic until Mother Nature put on a suffocating full-court press.
The Bearcats were to have played Boone County in the tournament final on Dec. 29 but a major snowstorm and resulting power outages in the Brooksville area prompted tournament organizers to cancel the final day of the tournament.
Anderson head coach Glen Drury said on Monday that it is uncertain if the tournament final will be made up at this tiem.
