BOYS' BASKETBALL: Bearcats go to big city, beat Country Day

Darrin Laswell scored 17 points, leading four Anderson County players in double figures as the Bearcats defeated Kentucky Country Day, 59-48, last Tuesday in Louisville.

“I thought we played one of our better games,” Anderson head coach Glen Drury. “We got a lot of good games out of a lot of kids down there.”

Anderson jumped to a 15-10 lead and never looked back against a team that finished the regular season at 14-12.
