It might have been Anderson County's most impressive road performance of the season.
At least for three quarters, the Bearcats 77-72 win at Gallatin County last Wednesday was just that. Anderson had flexed its muscles to the tune of a 59-41 lead after 24 minutes, but had to hang on for dear life down the stretch.
“We played really well in the second and third quarters but were too inconsistent,” Anderson coach Glen Drury said. “We are still having trouble closing out games.”
