Burgoo may be a Kentucky tradition, but it’s also a top-selling menu item at a restaurant chain in the Philippines.
The slow-cooked Kentucky stew is the star entrée of Albert Alavera’s restaurant chain Burgoo, a casual dining establishment with 11 different locations in metro Manila.
