Cary indicted for drug trafficking, DUI

A Lawrenceburg man was indicted last week on drug trafficking and DUI charges from an incident that occurred in May.
Richard M. Cary, 34, of 3071 Blaine Circle, was indicted for first-degree trafficking of Oxycodone, a Class C felony, according to documents on file in the Anderson County Courthouse.
He was also indicted for first-offense DUI and having an open alcoholic beverage in the vehicle.
Other grand jury indictments include:
Darryl E. Riley, 420 Bondville Road, Salvisa for unlawful possession of a methamphetamine precursor, a Class D felony.
He was charged July 14 by officer Teddy Melton of the Lawrenceburg Police Department.
Amy Fultz, 1781 Ballard Road, Lawrenceburg for first-degree illegal possession of a controlled substance, a Class D felony.
She was charged May 5 for allegedly being in possession of Roxycodone.
Dane Little, 406 S. Parkline Drive, New Albany, Ind. on a felony charge of identity theft and numerous motor vehicle charges.
The charges stem from a motor vehicle stop in February.
