A Lawrenceburg man was indicted last week on drug trafficking and DUI charges from an incident that occurred in May.
Richard M. Cary, 34, of 3071 Blaine Circle, was indicted for first-degree trafficking of Oxycodone, a Class C felony, according to documents on file in the Anderson County Courthouse.
He was also indicted for first-offense DUI and having an open alcoholic beverage in the vehicle.
Other grand jury indictments include:
Darryl E. Riley, 420 Bondville Road, Salvisa for unlawful possession of a methamphetamine precursor, a Class D felony.
