Child tying suspects in court Tuesday

The three Lawrenceburg residents charged with first-degree criminal child abuse for allegedly tying up a 3-year-old for up to 16 hours a day are scheduled to return to Circuit Court on Tuesday, Dec. 4 at 9 a.m.
A disposition hearing is set for the child’s grandmother, Carolyn Case, along with parents Rebecca and Herbert Medley.
All three appeared earlier this month, but another hearing was set when prosecutor David Nutgrass rescinded a plea offer.
