Children seek help for arson victims

The children of Red and Joyce Shingleton have no idea why someone burned their parents’ business to the ground late last month, but they do know they need some help while trying to recover.
Red’s Welding and Scrap Removal was intentionally set fire twice in October — the first attempt to burn it down failed, the second did not.
Investigators with the Kentucky State Police say both attempts were arson and they are still looking for whoever is responsible.
