Fellowship Baptist
to host revival, homecoming
Fellowship Baptist Church will hold its annual revival Oct. 12-13 at 7 p.m. each night with its homecoming on Sunday, Oct. 14. The Rev. Dale Denton from Junction City, Ky., will be the guest speaker for all services. Services begin at 7 p.m. each evening with the Sunday services beginning at 11 a.m.  There will be a potluck meal on Sunday after the morning service with a special music service to follow.  Musical guests each night featuring The Patriot Quartet on Friday; the 2012 Kentucky State Fair Farm Bureau Quartet Competition winner New Vision on Saturday; and Faces of Hope and All In on Sunday. Glensboro Christian Church
to celebrate homecoming and revival
Glensboro Christian Church will celebrate its 160th birthday with a homecoming/revival beginning on Oct. 21 and concluding on Oct. 24.
Event organizers also invite the community to join the Bible study hour at 10 a.m. and a worship service at 10:45 a.m., as well as to stay after the service for a potluck and fellowship meal.
Bro. Terry Cooper from Ninevah Christian Church will be the evangelist and services begin each night at 7 p.m. with the following groups bringing special music: Sunday night, Hilltop Trio; Monday night, Good Ol’ Boys; Tuesday night, Hedges Family; Wednesday night, Daughters of the King. Preaching will begin around 7:30 p.m.
The church is located on the left about eight miles down Highway 44 west from the Walmart intersection. “We know it will be a wonderful time of renewal and focus as well as a special time of sharing with our sister churches,” event organizers said.

Lawrenceburg Trinity
Church of God to hold revivals
The Lawrenceburg Trinity Church of God will be holding revival services Oct. 14-17, with Bro. Jachin Dardar as the speaker. The service on Sunday, Oct. 14 will be held at 11 a.m. and 6 p.m., and services held Oct. 15-17 will be held at 7 p.m. nightly.
“All are welcome to come hear the word of God,” event organizers said.

New Hope Baptist in Versailles announces upcoming events
On Oct. 14 New Hope Baptist will start putting together Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes. Shoe box dedication will be Sunday, Nov. 18.  
On Wednesday, Oct. 17 the church will be visiting Heritage Hall to take bananas and provide worship and fellowship and will leave the church at 10 a.m.
The youth will be having a “D-Now” on Oct. 19-20. It will start at 6 p.m. and end at 1 p.m. on Oct. 20. Event organizers ask youth to bring $10. The church will have a “Hang Out After Church” from noon to 7 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 21. Youth ranges from 5th grade though 12th. The church is now taking orders for the Thanksgiving Day, “Bountiful Blessings,” meal. The meal and delivery is free. The meals will be delivered between 10 a.m. and noon on Thanksgiving Day in Versailles and Lawrenceburg.
