Salvisa Christian Church
to sponsor free clothes day
Salvisa Christian Church will sponsor a free clothes day for Anderson and Mercer county residents only on Dec. 2 from 1:30-4 p.m.
Proof of residency is required.
Salvisa Christian Church is located at 155 Sugar St., Salvisa.

Salvisa hosts community
Thanksgiving worship service
The Salvisa Community Thanksgiving Worship Service will be held Nov. 25 at 7 p.m. at Salvisa Christian Church, according to a news release.
The Rev. Anthony Cleary of Clay Lick United Methodist Church will be preaching. There will be a reception in the Fellowship Hall following the service.

Southern gospel group
to perform Nov. 21
The Shireys, a southern gospel music group, will be in concert Nov. 21 at 7 p.m. at Fellowship Baptist Church.
A love offering will be taken.
Fellowship Baptist Church is located at 1819 Hammonds Creek Road, Lawrenceburg.

Mount Eden Christian plans
 community breakfast
The Mount Eden Christian Church, 12441 Mount Eden Road, will host its annual Community Breakfast on Saturday, Dec. 7, from 9 a.m. to noon at its new multi-purpose building across from the church. There will be activities for the children as well as a special guest in attendance. The community is invited to share in a great meal and fellowship time.
