to hold worship service
Lawrenceburg Church of God will have a worship service at 10 a.m. on Christmas day. According to the church’s news release, “We invite all that will to come join with us to celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. This is an opportunity to come together to remember the anniversary of the birth of the one who gave us salvation, and forgiveness of sin. This is his day, let us gather and show God our love for him.”

New Liberty Christmas
Musical held Dec. 18
The youth and adults of New Liberty Christian Church are presenting the musical “A Night to Remember” on Sunday morning, Dec. 18 at 10:45 a.m. According to the church news release, “the musical will take the congregation through the journey of Christ’s birth with the Christmas hymns of old. The youth will be singing and reading the Christmas story, and the key hymn will be ‘Love Has Come.’” The choir director is Bob Lawhon, assisted by Kathy Hettinger.
New Liberty Christian Church is located one mile west of US 62 on Ky 248.

Sand Spring Baptist Church hosts service Dec. 18
Sand Spring Baptist Church will host a special service “Hope is Born Emmanuel!” on Dec. 18 at 7 p.m. It will feature the 80-member Christmas choir under the direction of Ellery Milburn.
