Salvisa Baptist Church
to host spring craft and vendor fair
Salvisa Baptist Church will host a spring craft and vendor fair as well as a pancake, sausage and biscuit breakfast on April 13 starting at 8 a.m.
The craft and vendor fair will be from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The pancake, sausage and biscuit breakfast, hosted by the church youth group, will be held 8-10 a.m.
There will also be silent auction tables with many items to bid on, according to event organizers.
Proceeds from donations for the craft and vendor booths will support Relay for Life.
Proceeds from donations for the breakfast will help fund the Salvisa Baptist Church youth for their summer missions.
The fair and breakfast will both take place at Salvisa Baptist Church Christian Life Center, US 127 and Kirkwood Road, Salvisa.  

Westside Community Church announces events
Past Events
On March 2 the church family went to Champs Skating Rink.
On March 22 the church family saw the movie “The Croods.”
On March 31 Westside had an Easter sunrise, breakfast and an Easter egg hunt after the service for the kids.
Upcoming events
On April 7 Westside will be having a homecoming at 11 a.m. with guest singers “Voices of Praise,” with lunch to follow in the Fellowship Hall.
On April 12 there will be discipleship training class at 7 p.m.
On April 14 there will be a prayer walk at Anderson County High School at 2 p.m. On April 16 there will be Heritage Hall Nursing Home ministry at 7 p.m.
The Lift Ladies Meeting will be held April 21 at 4:30 p.m.
Busy hands for Jesus will meet at Martha’s on April 5, 12, 19 and 26 at 9 a.m.

Mountain Trio to perform
at Mount Vernon Baptist
The Kentucky Mountain Trio will perform at Mount Vernon Baptist Church on April 6 at noon.
Mount Vernon Baptist Church is located at 9780 Waddy Road in Waddy.
