New Hope Baptist Church hosts
Back to School Bash  
The New Hope Baptist Church youth will host a "Back to School Bash” on Sept. 9.
Event organizers invite the community to join New Hope Baptist in Versailles for a time of games, fellowship and snacks.
The event begins at 6 p.m.
New Hope’s Wednesday night meal for Sept. 5 will be fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, salad, dessert and drinks.
Sign up now for The Generation Plus trip to Derby Dinner Playhouse.
The fee of $40 includes the play and lunch buffet. The date will be determined.
New Hope Baptist will travel to Heritage Hall to distribute bananas and fellowship with the residents on Wednesday, Sept. 19.
Participants will leave the church at 10 a.m.

Sand Spring Baptist Church
hosts concert Sept. 9
The Todd Allen Family, a family singing group with eight children ranging from 6 to 21-years-old from Branson, Mo., will be performing on Sunday, Sept. 9 at 7 p.m. at Sand Spring Baptist Church. A love offering will be taken and the community is invited to attend.

Goshen Baptist Church
announces 200th Homecoming
Goshen Baptist Church invites the community to the church’s 200th Homecoming on Oct. 7 at 10:30 a.m.
“Come and enjoy good ol’ Southern gospel music and great food with a taste for nostalgia,” event organizers said, “Invite family and friends to help celebrate 200 years of serving God’s will.”
To get to Goshen Baptist from US 127, take 413 from US 127 to the end of Salt River bridge, just past Four Roses distillery. Turn left onto KY 749 and continue for five miles. The church is located on the left.
To get to Goshen Baptist from US 62, take 749 south and continue on 749 for nine miles.
Goshen Baptist is located on the right.
