I have to admit, I did not watch the VMAs on MTV Sunday night. I was among the millions of Americans tuning in to Sunday Night Football on NBC.

However, more than I’ve heard about Brian Urlacher’s season-ending wrist injury and Jay Cutler’s four interceptions, I’ve been hearing about Kanye West’s outburst in the middle of Taylor Swift’s acceptance speech during Sunday night’s award show.
