Fundraiser held for animal rescue group
The third annual “Whiskers, Wags and Wine,” a fundraiser for Holly’s Place, a Lawrenceburg non-profit animal rescue group, will be held Sept. 7 from 7:30-10:30 p.m. at Wildside Winery in Versailles.
The event will feature non-alcholic beverages, wine, hor d’ oeuvres, a silent auction, live music by Puncheon Creek and guest speakers including award-winning Kentucky author Bobbie Ann Mason.
