Franklin and Anderson County Court Appointed Special Advocates are seeking dedicated volunteers to begin training in January, according to a news release.
CASA provides trained volunteers to serve as advocates for abused, neglected, or dependent children involved in Family Court and work toward a plan that ensures that these children are in a safe permanent home, the news release said.
CASA acts as the “eyes, ears, and voices” for children in the Franklin and Anderson County Family Court system.
