Currens earns master’s degree

LauraLee Currens graduated from Georgetown College on Dec. 22, 2010, after completing the graduate course work to earn her Master’s of Arts degree in Teacher Leadership with a reading specialists endorsement for grades P-12, according to a news release.
She will participate in commencement at Georgetown College on Aug. 14.
She graduated with a 3.98 grade point average. She also received an Associate of Applied Science degree in 1997 and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education in 2003 from the University of Kentucky.
