Depression support group needed in Lawrenceburg

To the editor:
I would like to know why Anderson County does not have a depression support group.
I have had depression for several years and am sure others in our community have it, too. We need a church or somewhere to meet each week for support.
The closest group I have found is in Lexington. Some of us don’t want to drive that far.
I feel we need a support group here, not only for myself but others.
Why can’t some church here step up and start a group for us? It would be greatly appreciated.
