Michael S. Cummins, motion to revoke probation, controlled substance prescription not in original container, possession of marijuana – motion sustained, 150 days to serve (concurrent with state time).
Ashley Donovan, arraignment, illegal possession of legend drug, third-degree possession of controlled substance, buy/possess drug paraphernalia – pleaded not guilty, motion/disposition/trial date Jan. 26.
