Collin W. Catlett, preliminary hearing, second-degree burglary – amended to third-degree burglary, waived to grand jury; eight counts of theft by unlawful taking – waived to grand jury.
Collin W. Catlett, preliminary hearing, second-degree burglary, fourth-degree assault (no visible injury) – waived to grand jury.
