Mark J. Sheftick, arraignment, operating a motor vehicle under the influence – amended to aggravator, pleaded not guilty, pretrial conference Sept. 19, motion/disposition/trial date Sept. 24.
Logan Shelburne, hearing, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – dismissed.
Jade A. Shouse, arraignment, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – pleaded guilty, $243, installment/deferred payment Oct. 8.
