Judge Donna Dutton heard the following cases during District Court proceedings Feb. 28.
Michael T. Jackson, hearing, operating on suspended/revoked operators license, operating motor vehicle under the influence – convert fines and costs to 30 days.
Darryl Wayne Wynne, hearing, operating motor vehicle under the influence, operating on suspended/revoked operators license – contempt of court, to serve ten days (credit time served), to serve five days for fines and costs or pay $328.
