Judge Linda Armstrong heard the following cases during Anderson District Court proceedings April 16, 2012.
Samual L. Oates, hearing, fraudulent use of credit card (less than $500 within six month period) – jail credit for fines and costs satisfied.
Rhonda R. Smith, hearing, theft by unlawful taking – revoke 15 days (credit time served).
Todd E. Beck, arraignment, three counts of theft by deception (less than $500) – continued to May 3.
