Shelly L. Hopper, hearing, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security, license to be in possession – bonded out.
Geldino Martinez, arraignment, operating motor vehicle under the influence – amended to DUI 3rd, continued July 28.
Joseph C. Merriman, arraignment, operating on suspended/revoked operators license –  pleaded not guilty, continued Aug. 4.
