Evan T. Avery, arraignment, sexual misconduct – bonded out.
Stephen Griffin, hearing, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, driving on DUI suspended license – 6 months to serve (credit time served), sentencing Aug. 1.
Stephen Jewell, hearing, 2 counts theft by deception (less than $500) – continued to July 21.
Stephen Jewell, hearing, 3 counts theft by deception (less than $500) – continued to July 21.
