Judge Linda Armstrong heard the following cases during Anderson District Court proceedings Aug. 22.
Robert A. Brooks-Wittig, arraignment, second-degree burglary, possession of burglary tools, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license, theft by unlawful taking, theft of identity of another without consent, giving an officer a false name or address – pleaded not guilty, preliminary hearing Sept. 1.
Kenneth McCann, hearing, driving on DUI suspended license – credit for 13 days served, new probation agreement.
