Judge Donna Dutton heard the following cases during Anderson District Court proceedings March 17.
Mitchell R. Dean, motion to revoke probation, possession of marijuana -- to serve 30 days.
Michael D. Dunbar-Rager, preliminary hearing, theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting) -- amended to theft by unlawful taking (less than $500), sentenced to 45 days (conditionally discharged, credit time served), $153, show cause/installment/deferred payment Sept. 1.
Matthew S. Jones, hearing, possession of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia -- continued to June 9.
