District court proceedings

Judge Linda Armstrong heard the following cases during District Court proceedings Sept. 23.
Headley D. Courtney, show cause deferred/installment payment, second-degree disorderly conduct, two counts of third-degree terroristic threatening – paid.
Sandra Espy, show cause deferred/installment payment, three counts of theft by deception (less than $500) – bench warrant.
Maria Gutierrez, show cause deferred/installment payment, theft by deception (less than $500) – installment/deferred payment Oct. 7.
