District court proceedings

Judge Linda Armstrong heard the following cases during District Court proceedings Nov. 4.
Chase F. Wash, arraignment, buy/possession of drug paraphernalia, public intoxication (controlled substance) – pleaded guilty, sentenced to 30 days, to serve none (conditionally discharged 12 months), $303 installment/deferred payment Feb. 10, $100 to Anderson County drug intervention fund.
Devonte L. Webb, motion, second-degree attempted burglary, second-degree fleeing or evading police (on foot) – motion to revoke probation sustained, 342 days in jail, bench warrant.
