District court proceedings

Judge Linda Armstrong heard the following cases during District Court proceedings Nov. 15.
Jordon Z. Coffey, arraignment, operating on suspended/revoked operators license – failed to appear, show cause.
Rocky F. Colon-Matos, arraignment, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – dismissed.
Michael L. Corley, to enter plea, operating motor vehicle under the influence – sentenced to 30 days (to serve four days or eight days home incarceration program), $728, 30 day operators license suspension.
