District court proceedings

Judge Donna Dutton heard the following cases during District Court proceedings Dec. 9.
Leticia Goodlett, arraignment, six counts of theft by deception (less than $500) – pleaded not guilty, disposition Jan. 6.
Timothy J. Griffieth, arraignment, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance – remanded.
Jessica M. Hawkins, disposition hearing, operating motor vehicle under the influence – continued Jan. 6.
Tina E. Hawkins, sentencing, theft by deception (less than $500) – deferral successful, paid.
