District court proceedings

 Judge Linda Armstrong heard the following cases during District Court proceedings Dec. 13.

Kenneth W. Miller, show cause hearing, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, operating on suspended/revoked operators license, display/possession of cancelled/fictitous operators license, failure to surrender revoked operators license, failure to notify Department of Transportation of address change – failed to appear, bench warrant.
