District's top seed on the line Tuesday at Spencer

The top seed in the 30th District Tournament will be on the line when the Anderson County boys' basketball team travels to Spencer County on Tuesday, Jan. 29. Game time is 7:30 p.m.

On paper, Anderson has established itself as a slight favorite in the Eight Region but will be facing a red-hot Spencer team that had won 6 straight before a three point loss at 12-1 LaRue County last week. The Bears came in at 9-9 on the season. They have won their only district game, a 71-33 mauling of Eminence on Jan. 8.
