A cold but clear morning has voters flocking to polling places at the middle and high schools.
When the polls at both locations opened at 6 a.m., lines were already forming and both parking lots were already at or near capacity.
County Clerk Jason Denny predicted last week that if the weather was decent voter turnout in Anderson County could reach as high as 70 percent, a 5 percent increase from the presidential election in 2008.
