Student receives doctorate
Adam Whitehead Craig graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Ph.D. in marketing.
Craig graduated from Anderson County High School in 2001 as co-valedictorian.
After completing his B.A. degree at the University of Kentucky in 2005, he was admitted to USC where he completed a dissertation that used neuroscientific methods to examine consumer response to advertising.
In August, Craig will join the faculty at the University of South Florida’s College of Business where he will continue his research and teaching in marketing.
Craig is a son of Mary Alice Whitehead and the late Fred Craig.

Brandt qualifies
for dean’s list at Belmont
Nicole Brandt of Lawrenceburg qualified for the spring 2011 dean’s list at Belmont University.
Eligibility is based on a minimum course load of 12 hours and a quality grade point average of 3.5 with no grade below a C.
Nicole is majoring in religion and the arts with minors in French and writing. She continues to be active in the Homeless Outreach Ministry in Nashville.
