William W. Philllips and Nancy Phillips announce the engagement of their daughter, Karla Elaine Phillips to Brad Williams, son of Steve and Marsha Williams.
Grandparents of the bride are the late Woodrow and Mildred Phillips and the late C.C. and Lucy Cook.
Grandparents of the groom are Tom and Eunice Williams and Marshall and Carlene Reynolds.
The bride is a graduate of Asbury University and is currently employed as a health and wellness teacher at Stewart Home School.
