Expecting parents and new parents can get a helping hand through the Anderson County Health Department’s HANDS (Health Access Nurturing Development Services) program, according to a news release.
The program is free for those who qualify, which can be determined through a screening process at the health department.
Amanda Blair, a registered nurse who coordinates the program, describes it as follows:
