The parents and grandmother of a 3-year-old Lawrenceburg girl are charged with tying her up “very tightly” for up to 16 hours a day.
Charged with first-degree criminal child abuse are her parents Rebecca Leah Medley, 30, and Herbert Charles Medley, 53, and the girl’s grandmother Carolyn Case, 64.
The girl was tied up on a bed at Case’s residence at 1024 Terri Lane from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. each day, according to documents on file in Anderson Circuit Court.
