Farm Bureau donates $200 to food pantry

In recognition Food Check-Out week, held Feb. 19-25, the Anderson County Farm Bureau Federation plans to donate $200 to be spent on food for Open Hands Food Pantry.
The High School FFA students on Feb. 21 will also participate in distributing literature concerning Agricultural Facts and Food production in America at Kroger and Wal-Mart.
According to the Kentucky Farm Bureau, “the cost of food in America remains affordable.
