A retired local attorney and trial commissioner was arrested Oct. 4 on a charge of alcohol intoxication after police were called to his residence for a domestic dispute, according to documents on file in the Anderson County Courthouse.
David Webb, 67, of 3005 Firestone Way, was charged after officer Kyle Lucas with the Lawrenceburg Police Department arrived at his residence and detected the smell of alcohol on Webb, who was standing in his yard, according to Lucas’ police report.
